What you'll be doing
As the Administrative Officer in this support role for the Redevelopment and Infrastructure team, you will be focusing on coordinating operational tasks and ensuring smooth departmental workflow.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing diary and organising meetings.
- Coordinating information flow in and out of the department.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Handling email correspondence.
- Updating payroll and processing Oracle transactions.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload, be flexible and show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills and ability work within a diverse team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated skills with evidence of capacity to review and vet responses to issues and in maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters.
- Experience in using Outlook and HPE, HealthRoster, and Oracle together with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex health care or public sector setting relevant to the role.
