About the Role

The administrative duties for managing the patient journey in outpatient services include:

  • Patient Journey Management: Oversee all stages from initial contact to discharge, ensuring efficient processing of paperwork, inquiries, referrals, bookings, and billing.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance in outpatient clinics through:
    • Registration and appointment scheduling/cancellations.
    • Arranging interpreter or transport services.
    • Data entry and clinical documentation management.
    • Recording meeting minutes and managing diaries.
    • Coordinating correspondence and ensuring timely actions.

Applicants must be flexible to work the following shifts in the Ambulatory Care Business Unit:

0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700.
