To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or have the ability to enrol within 6 months of commencement date.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of staff training and assessment programs.
  3. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge associated with auditing and tools required to complete a variety of audits within a healthcare facility.
  4. Demonstrated experience with coaching, training and mentoring staff to support professional development and achieve quality outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of current industry standards related to the delivery of corporate services within a healthcare facility, with experience developing, reviewing and revising policies and guidelines.
  6. Demonstrated high level communication skills including well developed writing skills, interpersonal and liaison skills, as well as the ability to problem solve, negotiate and use discretion.
  7. Proven advanced proficiency in using PC based software including Microsoft office suite and network based applications.
  8. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight timeframes and manage competing demands.
  9. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
