About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to help provide comprehensive support to our General Services Department. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. We are able to offer flexibility with the shift start and finish times, within a Monday to Friday roster.

What You'll be Doing
The Administration Officer provides a range of secretarial and administrative support the General Services Department in a timely and accurate manner to ensure delivery of service outcomes and maintaining strong customer service.

  1. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work, display time management skills taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
  2. Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes - Microsoft Office suite and network based applications.
  3. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume work environment under general instruction requiring minimal supervision.
  4. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with a number of stakeholder.
  5. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, negotiate and use discretion.
  6. Demonstrated experience with payroll, rostering, staffing allocations as well as recruitment systems and processes.
