About The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Administration Officer/Clerical Relief Clerk - the role will be rotated throughout a number of different wards so we require someone who is spontaneous and is good with change as each day could be on a different ward or in a different location. The Administration Officer/Clerical Relief Clerk will be available to work a rotating roster with possibility of working 4 to 8 hour shifts across 7 days.

 

What you’ll be doing
The Administration Officer provides a range of administrative support to Wards/Units within Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals.

  1. Capacity and willingness to work both planned and unplanned shifts on weekdays ,afternoons, nights weekends and public holidays as required
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
  3. Ability to learn and perform new tasks quickly and adapt well to new environments
  4. Ability to function in a multidisciplinary team setting and also work independently with minimal supervision as required.
  5. Demonstrated experience in general clerical and reception duties, including telephone skills and filing.
  6. Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment, undertaking a diverse range of tasks with in a high pressure work environments
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of electronic systems and computer software with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  8. Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
