About The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Administration Officer/Clerical Relief Clerk - the role will be rotated throughout a number of different wards so we require someone who is spontaneous and is good with change as each day could be on a different ward or in a different location. The Administration Officer/Clerical Relief Clerk will be available to work a rotating roster with possibility of working 4 to 8 hour shifts across 7 days.

- Capacity and willingness to work both planned and unplanned shifts on weekdays ,afternoons, nights weekends and public holidays as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Ability to learn and perform new tasks quickly and adapt well to new environments
- Ability to function in a multidisciplinary team setting and also work independently with minimal supervision as required.
- Demonstrated experience in general clerical and reception duties, including telephone skills and filing.
- Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment, undertaking a diverse range of tasks with in a high pressure work environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic systems and computer software with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
