About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
  
This position is responsible for the provision of efficient and professional administrative support for both The Charles Perkins Royal Prince Alfred Clinic and its Operations Manager. This includes but is not limited to, front desk reception duties, telephone enquiries, patient and participant scheduling/bookings, patient billing and ordering.

Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Cerner, patient registration and billing programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to resolve patient issues and adapt to constantly changing demands.
