About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient-centered service while maintaining professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for patients, visitors, and the multidisciplinary team.

Manage phone and email inquiries, screening patients for scan contraindications, and providing preparation instructions as per booking guidelines.

Collaborate with clinical staff to triage imaging referrals and coordinate imaging services for both inpatients and outpatients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including collecting and uploading relevant documentation into the patient information systems.

Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for services rendered, processing payments as required, and supporting the administrative team with other tasks as directed by the Chief Cardiac Radiographer.
About you

Experience working in a fast-paced, busy environment, with a background in radiology highly regarded.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient-centered service and maintain professionalism in a clinical setting.

Previous administrative support experience within a clinical health environment.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
