Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Finance Office of the Research & Education Network has responsibility for managing the finances of a very sophisticated portfolio for Education, Research & Epidemiology budget and more than 800 cost centres in WSLHD to enable our Educators & Researchers fulfill their goals.
This position ensures the provision of a high standard of support services in a timely, and resource efficient manner to the Senior Finance Manager – REN.
The role assumes responsibility for specific tasks and activities within WSLHD and external engagement as required, in relation to supporting the REN Finance team, managed by the REN Senior Finance Manager.

Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience working in administrative support role including taking meeting minutes, arranging meetings and assisting with financial processes.
- Proven excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
- High standard of customer service skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently and, also, to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation and time management.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, including using documentation tracking systems, Microsoft suite including database management, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional.
