Remuneration: $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Shift Start Time: 8:30 am, Monday - Friday)

What you'll be doing
This role offers administrative support to the Brain Injury & Rehabilitation Unit, ensuring efficient reception services and a high standard of customer service. Key responsibilities include managing patient records, appointments, and resources while maintaining effective communication with staff and visitors.
- Providing reception services for staff, visitors, and patients.
- Maintaining patient records and manage outpatient clinic appointments.
- Coordinating bookings for rooms, equipment, and motor vehicles.
- Ordering and managing resources, consumables, and clinical supplies.
- Handling phone and mail inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.

- Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of operational and administrative tasks as per requirements of the business.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with proven ability in accuracy, initiative and flexibility.
- Demonstrated understanding of exceptional customer service skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with various levels of personal across the organisation.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst also actively participating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a hospital type environment, preferably in a frontline (reception) capacity.
