Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in providing secretarial and administrative support.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  4. Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
  6. Experience in various word processing, desktop, publishing and database/spread sheet software, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and experience using iPM, KRONOS, HPE, Oracle, and billing applications (PBRC, Ezymed)
  7. Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a health setting.
