Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience and skills in the provision of high level secretariat and administrative services
  2. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and with proven ability to prepare agendas, meeting documents, briefing notes and minutes.
  3. Ability to manage workload in the face of competing demands and priorities within tight timeframes
  4. High level customer service skills and interpersonal skills to communicate to a broad range of stakeholders confidently
  5. Proven effective communications and relationship management skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships.
  6. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement, initiative and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
  7. Demonstrated excellent computer skills and proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office products, with the experience in or ability to learn organisational specific technology and/or platforms
