Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
This position provides a comprehensive range of high level administrative support to clinical staff and consumers within a Community Mental Health location. The Administrative Officer is required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a clinical support setting.

Selection Criteria:
- High level customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- •Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles and their parts and functions is desirable
- Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax would be an advantage
