Selection Criteria:
- High level computer knowledge in data bases or Health information systems such as: iPM, CERNER, My Aged Care and Microsoft Word & Excel applications
- Effective customer service and communication skills in verbal, written and interpersonal to develop and maintain relationships with client, team and clinicians
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in referral pathways, person-centred care and patient privacy
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of problem solving, implementing change and improvement strategies and monitoring outcomes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Commitment to Quality improvement and WH&S responsibilities
- Current Driver’s Licence
