Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Workforce recruitment processes, with the ability to interpret relevant legislation, policy, Awards, and agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high volume and demanding environment with a proven capacity to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Ability to scrutinise information and make considered decisions based on the information available
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, utilising a cooperative approach to enhance processes to establish credibility and trust and form strong relationships with key business partners.
- Proven experience with generating and managing medical rosters.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of NSW health programs such as Stafflink, RUM and Health Roster, proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and successfully implement change management processes
