Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration and/or relevant equivalent work experience in managing the consumer-client experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability in implementing and managing initiatives in improving the consumer engagement and experience.
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver training and education to improve the experience of patients, staff and consumers.
  4. Demonstrated ability in carrying out high level administrative functions, effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and experience in preparing agendas, minutes, briefings, letters and reports.
  7. Demonstrated experience/ability to coordinate events to engage staff and consumers.
