  1. Demonstrated understanding of the Elective Surgery Access Policy.
  2. Completion of or willing to undertake Certificate III in Health Administration.
  3. Previous hospital or medical clerical experience ideally within the management of elective patient management.
  4. Demonstrated customer service, conflict management and problem solving skills.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills. This includes the ability to manage competing demands.
  7. Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail skills.
  8. Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
