Selection criteria to be addressed:

  1. Demonstrated experience in an administrative role and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. word, excel, power point
  2. Excellent Oral and Verbal Communication Skills
  3. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  5. A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality
  6. Demonstrated experience in data entry/management and/or Trauma Registry Database
  7. Demonstrated ability to maintain spreadsheets and database and provide regular reports
  8. Understanding Medical Terminology.
