Selection criteria to be addressed:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. word, excel, power point
- Excellent Oral and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience in data entry/management and/or Trauma Registry Database
- Demonstrated ability to maintain spreadsheets and database and provide regular reports
- Understanding Medical Terminology.
