Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Previous Supervisory experience leading a Team within a Health Care environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of EEO, WH&S, infection control standards and cleaning objectives/work plans.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, use sound judgement and work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure, maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst managing a high workload.
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Office, excel.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide training and assist in manual handling objectives.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
