Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Demonstrated clerical experience, and strong organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills and experience including health systems, including Windows based software and Microsoft Office software and an understanding of health record systems.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement processes for administrative services and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to independently and within a multidisciplinary team, organise work priorities, monitor workflow and meet busy work schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, within a multidisciplinary team and utilise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and lead people in a work environment including managing challenging workplace behaviours.
- Drivers licence (P2 acceptable) and willingness to use same for work purposes.
