What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration as Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing (preferably Respiratory) as a registered nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Preferred experience in the management of Respiratory care and/or procedures such as draining PleurX Catheters, education to patients around existing or new medications for example Clexane Injection education (specific to Pulmonary Embolic patients) experience providing education to patients around use of COPD/Asthma Action Plans.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
