Health Manager level 5, starting salary from $166,678 - $186,448 plus Super, with a 40-hour work week.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the planning and implementation of the Enterprise Data Governance Enablement team initiatives, including supporting the roll-out of the NSW Health Data and Analytics Strategy.
- Lead the development of practical, fit-for-purpose resources, such as frameworks and guidance, to ensure data across NSW Health is governed responsibly throughout its lifecycle and accessible through well-defined and effective controls and guardrails.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including eHealth NSW, to architect, design, and manage integrated IT solutions that enhance enterprise data governance and data access capabilities.
- Evaluate technical solutions and assess compliance with enterprise data governance guidelines, policies, and frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives, resolve challenges, and drive meaningful outcomes.
About you:
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in the development of technical solutions to address organisational priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data projects in relation to complex health system programs, ideally with knowledge and experience in cloud concepts and terminology.
- Strategic thinking capability, able to understand complex challenges and programs and to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address and provide solutions to systems integration, monitoring and evaluation challenges.
- Proven track record of contributing to and implementing significant initiatives, including the implementation of continuous improvement and delivering positive outcomes under tight timelines and competing priorities.
- Highly developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation and negotiation skills and demonstrated capacity to broker effective IT system and solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
