- Registered Nurse who holds current unconditional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing effective change management in a health service
- Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making.
- Health clinician with extensive clinical and/or senior management experience in at least one of the following clinical specialties: Aged Care, Rehabilitation or Ambulatory /Outpatient Services.
- Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and/or service development
- High-level knowledge of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures.
- Experience and/or knowledge of 'Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology' for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, management and key stakeholders.
