Where you'll be working: Royal North Shore Hospital Acute Care Team
What you'll be doing: The position is based within the team which covers the following clinical areas ICU, SBU, ASU, Neurosurgery, Cardiology and Cardiothoracic. The position will have responsibility for a case load across the team.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), including the ability to demonstrate a practical application of the AASW Code of Ethics.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge in the provision of service to consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, counselling, crisis management, case management, advocacy, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
