What you'll be doing
This is a Senior Physiotherapy Level 3 position that requires staff & student management. This position also requires the incumbent to hold a clincial responsibility working in the community. In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to WSLHD patients.
- Apply advanced reasoning skills to manage complex client needs.
- Operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and improve physiotherapy services at the facility level.
- Play a key role in enhancing health outcomes through innovation and excellence.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Degree in Physiotherapy or Equivalent
- Registration: AHPRA Registration as physiotherapist
Selection Criteria:
- Post graduate experience in Physiotherapy with experience working in community specific to Aged Care. Experience working in TACP is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in staff and student supervision, teaching and training of undergraduate physiotherapy students.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team creating a harmonious environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and effective problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in effective time management and organisation skills.
- Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines.
