About the Opportunity
We're looking for passionate and experienced Senior Digital Health Analysts to join the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA). We’re currently hiring for multiple positions within our clinical workstreams and building a talent pool for future roles.
The current opportunities available are within the following clinical workstreams:
Inpatient:
• Clinical Documentation
• ASAP (Emergency)
Medication Management and Oncology
• Willow (Pharmacy)

As a Senior Digital Health Analyst within SDPRIA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative digital health solutions that improve healthcare outcomes across NSW Health. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of clinical programs and digital products that transform patient care, working with key stakeholders and leveraging tools such as clinical information systems, product backlog management software, and risk oversight frameworks.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement through risk management, testing oversight, and issue resolution
- Support the management of product backlogs to ensure smooth delivery of digital health initiatives
- Build strong relationships across clinical and technical teams to balance priorities effectively
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to enhance healthcare service delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong skills in bridging technology and clinical practice to improve healthcare delivery
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or has extensive public healthcare experience
- Demonstrates experience implementing digital health initiatives within clinical care settings
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of health processes, workflows, and models of care, particularly around Patient Administration Systems (PAS), scheduling, patient registration, referrals, and waitlist management
- Is adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment

- This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
- To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
- Successful candidates may be required to multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S. time.
