Program Manager Leadership & Management
The Program Manager Leadership & Management is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs in the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) by:
- Support the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs consistent with NSW Health and HETI's strategic direction.
- Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver non-accredited and accredited leadership and management development programs to staff within NSW Health.
- Support program delivery with high level project management ensuring production of professional project documentation for assigned programs and projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Plan develop, design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate evidence based best practice education including assessment materials to optimise learning outcomes and learner engagement using a wide range of delivery modes for both face to face and virtual deliveries.
