- Extensive
clinical specialty experience including demonstrated advanced practice
skills and management of a complex physiotherapy caseload.
- Demonstrated
effective skills and experience in leadership and management, supervision
and education of staff and/or students.
- Demonstrated
commitment to professional development and ability to implement evidence
based practice.
- Demonstrated
leadership skills and experience in the planning, implementation and
evaluation of quality improvement, research and service development
activities.
- Demonstrated
effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and
the ability to build partnerships with relevant internal and external
stakeholders.
- Demonstrated
effective time management skills and ability to work independently and as
part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced level of clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedics/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Advanced
level of clinical knowledge and expertise in management of patients with
musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, respiratory and rheumatologic conditions and
the frail aged patient.
- Current
unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to
obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
