We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician who is a passionate about working with children and families to consult, coordinate care and support the needs of consumers when a parent experiences a mental illness.

Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the Health Professionals (State) Award for Occupational Therapy and Social Work with AHPRA registration for Occupational Therapy or eligibility to AASW for Social Work OR recognised qualification in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA OR degree in Nursing with recognised post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation and Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in mental health working with children and young people 0-17 years of age, their families and carers.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in health promotion, training and education, specialist early intervention programs and/or understanding of and participation in community development programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of family focused care and state COPMI planning initiatives, the developmental concerns for children and young people affected by a parent(s) with mental health illness.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively interpersonally and professionally during liaison, consultation, training, education, or program promotion and networking.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation, quality improvement processes, recording activity and reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision whilst maintaining involvement within the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.
