About the Role
We have two exciting opportunities available for motivated and organised individuals to join our Maternity and Gynaecology Clinical Support Unit at John Hunter Hospital:
Temporary Full Time
This 12-month role (June 2025 – June 2026) provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Service Manager and Medical Lead Executive members. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day operations, including diary management, minute-taking, room scheduling, reporting, recruitment, and health rostering. You will also provide payroll interpretation assistance and contribute to medical typing as required.
Permanent Part Time
This 32-hour per week role (Monday to Thursday) supports the Clinical Directors of Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Training Supervisors, and the Medical Admin Manager. You’ll work independently and within a team, ensuring the seamless running of executive functions within the service.
