About the role:

This role will see you join the Maternity and Gynaecology Outpatient Service, where you will be working within our skilled multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and meeting and greeting clients - playing a vital part in providing quality care to the women and their families accessing the Service.

Additional responsibilities include updating patient details, filing, answering phones, and referral management. This busy role looks after women attending outpatients onsite, as well as the management of satellite clinics for accurate recording of patient information in administrative systems, and timely processing of paper based medical records. 

Full training will be provided, as well as access to further learning opportunities.

Additional Information:
 

  • To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
