- Strong computer literacy including proficient keyboard skills with the capacity to perform data collection, correction, auditing and reporting functions.
- Capacity to retain and apply knowledge of patient revenue and fee management including the use and benefits of private health insurance in the public health system.
- Holds highly effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Applicants will need to have the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster and willingness to consider urgent requests for coverage.
