About You
You are a registered pharmacist with AHPRA (or eligible within 3 months), holding a valid driver’s license, with at least three years of hospital pharmacy experience and demonstrated competency in key pharmacy skills.
You have strong clinical drug knowledge and apply it effectively to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and medication management.
Your excellent communication skills enable you to adapt your approach for diverse audiences, fostering clear and collaborative interactions.
You are proactive, able to manage complex workloads, solve problems creatively, and implement innovative practices in a fast-paced environment.
You are committed to ongoing professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement, thriving both independently and as a flexible, supportive team player dedicated to patient safety and pharmacy excellence.
