About You
You’re a connector and a catalyst, known for building strong, strategic partnerships and bringing clarity to complexity. With experience in business partnering across corporate or large-scale environments, you bring the confidence to influence, the expertise to advise, and the drive to deliver real outcomes.
You don’t just provide HR services you elevate them. You understand how people strategy drives organisational performance and you’re skilled at engaging diverse stakeholder groups, fostering accountability and shaping a positive culture.
You’ll bring:
- A genuine desire to contribute to the public health system and deliver value for your community.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business or a related field, or demonstrated success in a comparable senior partnering role.
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders in fast-paced, complex or regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of contemporary people and culture practices—from ER and performance to change and capability.
- Strong problem-solving, coaching and influencing skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- A current NSW driver’s licence and National Police Check.

About the Role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you’ll work closely with clinical and operational leaders, particularly at our flagship Gosford Hospital to deliver forward-thinking people solutions that meet workforce needs and support strategic objectives.
You’ll engage across acute services and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring every initiative is practical, data-informed and aligned to service excellence. From guiding leadership development and workforce planning to resolving complex matters and driving cultural transformation, this role is central to the experience of our people.
Your remit will include:
- Leading the design and delivery of people strategies that support clinical and corporate goals.
- Partnering with teams to drive engagement, resilience and culture.
- Providing guidance and support on performance management, employee relations and people policies.
- Using data to inform decision-making and measure success.
- Supporting change management and talent development initiatives.
- Collaborating with P&C Teams on playing an active role in cross-district People and Culture projects.
