As the Work Health and Safety Consultant – Safety Culture, you will play a vital role in ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to the development, implementation, and evaluation of safety culture initiatives across the district. This is your opportunity to contribute to a healthy and supported workforce while addressing work health and safety culture risks in the workplace.

What Sets You Apart?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS and/or equivalent professional experience in WHS or risk management in the Healthcare sector.

Strong expertise in WHS consultation, policy development, safety management systems, and safety culture enhancement.

Proven ability to analyse trends, develop strategies, and manage WHS risks effectively.

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

A commitment to fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture
