The role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced professional to develop and implement the Psychosocial Risk Management Framework for Hunter New England Health. This is a rare opportunity to shape an integral initiative that aligns with legislative and Ministry of Health (MoH) requirements, ensuring a safer and healthier work environment for all. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for the Psychosocial Risk Management Framework. 

  • Lead its rollout across the organisation, ensuring compliance and consistency. 

  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, providing consultation, facilitating discussions, training and influencing outcomes. 

  • Drive strategic initiatives to align the framework with organisational goals. 

  • Solve complex problems with innovative and practical solutions

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS and / or equivalent professional experience in WHS or risk management in the Healthcare sector.  

  • Background in psychosocial risk management or related frameworks.
