Telephony, paging and clerical support. This position is to primarily work night shift. You will manage telephone switchboard console and maintain a positive, helpful and co-operative manner in compliance with the hospital's value of good customer service.
- Articulate and personable communication skills in English both written and oral.
- Proven ability to learn, or experience in the use of the switchboard operator console.
- Ability to calmly and efficiently execute emergency procedures.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and demonstrate initiative.
- Must have the ability to work on 24x7 rotating roster.
- Primarily night shift role.
