Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. Nepean Hospital has on offer a Permanent Full time or Part time role for a Registered Midwife who is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based maternity care. Our Birth Unit is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals who value teamwork, respect, and excellence in clinical care.

Your role as the Registered Midwife will support women throughout labour, birth, and the immediate postnatal period, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and woman-centered care. This position will see you ensure optimal outcomes for women and their families of the service through the promotion of best practice including the appropriate escalation of care.
