Payroll and Rostering Officer
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working in Payroll/ HR transactional/ Rostering environment within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Proven ability to make assessments and use own judgement to facilitate problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, show Initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team
- High accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to investigate and interpret legislation, regulations, instructions, awards or procedural guidelines relevant to employment conditions, entitlements and pay.
- Ability to carry out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and use judgment to modify requirements according to different situations.
- Demonstrated high level computer and system skills with experience using HRIS, rostering and customer service data systems.
