What you'll be doing
Coordination of busy outpatient clinics and patient procedures, ensuring excellent customer service and high quality administration, and providing administrative support for one or more senior clinical staff members.

Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following: 

  1. Demonstrated evidence of excellent written and verbal communication, including good grammar and spelling.
  2. Proven excellence in providing customer service, preferably in a busy/demanding environment.
  3. Familiarity with medical software, terminology and processes.
  4. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  5. Track record of working well within a team.
  6. Very good attention to detail.


As part of your application please address the following targeted questions: 

  1. Provide an example from your work experience where you were required to complete multiple tasks with competing timeframes within the time limits imposed. 
  2. Describe a complex customer service issue that you resolved under pressure. How did you approach this issue, what steps did you take to address the customers’ needs and what was the outcome?
