- Lead Australia’s National Islet Transplant Consortium clinical activities.
- Collaborate with expert transplant coordinators, physicians, and researchers.
- Advance clinical studies and data analysis to drive transplant innovations.
- Educate patients, carers, and staff on cutting-edge transplant practices.

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration nursing experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Post graduate qualifications relevant to the speciality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and improved health care outcomes, with appropriate computer and research skills.
- Proven excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to provide education and counselling for patients and families potentially receiving islet Transplant.
