To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Certificate III in office administration and/or recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact and deal confidently and courteously with clients and health professionals.
- Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite including accurate data entry skills, and a working knowledge of roster and finance systems.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Current license and the ability to travel across the District, potentially including overnight stays.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge in all Work Health & Safety matters.
