About the Opportunity- Provide high quality customer focused service in a busy and complex work environment.
- Be the first point of contact for patients presenting for appointments and bookings.
- Provide comprehensive administration/clerical support within the Outpatient Clinic department.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Certificate III in health administration or office administration with recent administration experience OR not less than 2 years relevant administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Demonstrated high standard of effective interpersonal skills,
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proficiently use, iPM, eMR/CHOC, Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Ability to deliver customer focused services in a cheerful, compassionate and courteous manner.
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
