- Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, with recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting or a combination of study and work experience, or a willingness to work towards these achievements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people, both internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated competence in computing and experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
- Understanding and commitment to providing excellent customer service, whilst maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Motivated and able to take initiative within the bounds of a work role and capacity to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
