Remuneration: $112,396 - $116,038 per annum

What you'll be doing
Join a leading rehab team at Westmead Hospital, delivering expert care for amputees and post-surgical patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. Key responsibilities are to:
- Lead amputee rehabilitation with advanced clinical expertise
- Support aquatic and musculoskeletal therapy programs
- Drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional education
- Balance clinical, research, and leadership responsibilities

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: AHPRA Recognised Physiotherapy Qualification
- Registration: AHPRA as a physiotherapist
Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Current General Registration with the AHPRA with significant clinical experience in Rehabilitation physiotherapy
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience in Rehabilitation physiotherapy, and demonstrated high level knowledge and expertise in Rehabilitation physiotherapy (Including both Amputee and Aquatic Physiotherapy).
- Demonstrated skills in planning, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes and in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated effective time management, organisational skills, ability to prioritise busy workloads and to meet urgent clinical needs as requires.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, effective written and verbal communication skills, development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams as well as experience in the clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapists.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, and knowledge of and experience with Quality Improvement and Evidence Based Practice
