What you'll be doing
The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) supports ward-based staff by providing essential administrative services that assist in delivering patient care. Your responsibilities also include:
- Delivering timely admin support to clinical teams
- Working under guidance but acts independently when needed
- Liaising with staff to retrieve care-related information
- Maintaining supplies and supports stock management
- Applying initiative within established procedures

Selection Criteria:
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills, including Microsoft and Window based applications, emails systems and other patient information systems like iPMS and Cerner.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
