Remuneration: $32.79 - $35.63 per hour

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be delivering compassionate care to older clients across both centre-based and community settings. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client independence and wellbeing.
- Supporting client health and daily living activities
- Assisting with personal care and safe transport
- Conducting assessments and health evaluations
- Helping deliver therapeutic programs with the MDT
- Following nursing standards and health policies

- Registration: AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
- Must have registration with AHPRA and be medication endorsed.
- Experience working with aged people who live with chronic health conditions.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and communicate professionally with colleagues.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of WH&S principles and their application in the workplace.
- Currently hold a NSW drivers licence and a willingness to use for work purposes.
