What you'll be doing
Join the Rehabilitation Unit (A4a), a 19 bed rehabilitation inpatient unit which provides nursing care for a variety of patients from 18 through to 101 years of age. It encompasses the specialties of Gerontology, Orthopaedics, Amputees, Neurology, Stroke & Surgery, providing rehabilitative therapies to patients post acute health interventions.
- Deliver individualised, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patients.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for seamless patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and advocate for patient needs.
- Ensure resource management aligns with quality care standards.

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
