Remuneration: $34.46 - $ 35.54 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)
Location: Westmead Hospital - Immunology Infusion Centre

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting the smooth operation of outpatient services through a blend of administrative coordination and quality customer service. You’ll help ensure patients are seen promptly and staff have what they need to succeed.
- Coordinating clinic appointments and scheduling
- Registering patients and managing waitlists
- Supporting Medicare billing and revenue processes
- Delivering quality front-desk customer service
- Contributing to team goals and office functioning

Selection Criteria:
- Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position.
- Evidence of high level verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Expertise in computer skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Client/Patient Management Systems.
- Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
