How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

    1. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Accredited in the administration of cytotoxic agents (chemotherapy). Accredited in Central Venous Access Devices (CVAD’s) or willing to gain accreditation. Accredited in cannulation and venepuncture or willing to obtain accreditation.
    2. Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
    3. Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Trials Coordinator in either Haematology or Medical Oncology speciality.
    4. Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
    5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
    6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
    7. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of clinical trials and research participation.
    8. Demonstrated and well developed organisational and problem solving skills and demonstrated well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    9. Demonstrated computer skills, including Powerchart, Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word and Excel with willingness to learn and use electronic medical information, reporting and data capture systems.
    10. Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety quality improvement programs.
