About the Role
You will be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
Provide senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department The position will also support the mentoring and development of staff and carries a clinical caseload.

There are two positions available:
- 1 x Temporary Full Time up to June 2025, with possibility of extension
- 1 x Temporary Full Time up to November 2025, with possibility of extension
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
